User Service Agreement

When you fill in information as prompted on the registration page, read and agree to this agreement, and complete all registration procedures, it means that you have fully read, understood, and accepted all the contents of this agreement. If you do not agree with this agreement or any of its terms, you should immediately stop the registration process.

I. Definitions

(1) User: Refers to a natural person, legal person, or other organization that agrees to and complies with this agreement, completes all registration procedures and confirms, and possesses a user login account and password.

(2) User Information: Refers to user registration information, including but not limited to the transaction information submitted by the user when using online services and known to this application, as well as the content modified after identity verification.

(3) User Instruction: In this agreement, unless specifically indicated or stated, refers to any application or request submitted by the user in the form of data messages, including but not limited to the user's applications or requests to provide, change, or cancel various services they are entitled to according to business processes.

(4) User Confirmation: When registering for or using the services provided by the LZY official website, the user shall possess the civil capacity commensurate with their actions as stipulated by the laws of the People's Republic of China, ensuring the ability to independently bear responsibility for all actions related to the use of the services. If the user does not possess the aforementioned capacity, please read these Terms of Service in the presence of a guardian, and only after obtaining the guardian's consent, register and use the services.

II. Service Modification, Suspension, Cancellation, or Termination

(1) LZY is constantly changing and improving its services. LZY may add or remove functionalities and may also suspend or completely stop a certain service. The user agrees that LZY may choose to terminate website services or other services based on its own business decisions or other reasons. Should such a situation occur, LZY will notify users through reasonable means such as website announcements. Except as explicitly required by law, LZY has the right to directly process balance refunds (if any) for users without requiring a separate user application.

(2) If an effective administrative or judicial document from the state confirms that the user has engaged in illegal or infringing acts, or if LZY, based on relevant factual evidence, believes that the user's behavior violates these Terms of Service, the rules of use published by LZY from time to time, or is suspected of violating laws and regulations, LZY has the right to take reasonable and proportionate measures such as suspending, interrupting, or terminating the provision of services to the user based on the severity of the circumstances. If the user objects to the aforementioned measures, the user should promptly raise the objection to LZY and submit valid factual evidence. LZY will process and provide feedback to the user within the committed timeframe.

III. User Code of Conduct

(1) The user understands and agrees that LZY has always been committed to providing a civilized, healthy, and orderly online environment for users. The user's use of the services must comply with all local, national, and international laws applicable to the service and the country or region to which the user belongs and/or is located. The user shall not use the services to engage in any illegal or non-compliant activities, disrupt the normal operation of the services, or infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.

(2) Users shall not, on the service pages or by using the services, produce, reproduce, publish, or disseminate the following information:
(1) Those that violate the basic principles established by the Constitution;
(2) Those that endanger national security, leak state secrets, subvert state power, or undermine national unity;
(3) Those that harm national honor and interests;
(4) Those that distort, vilify, desecrate, or deny the deeds and spirit of heroes and martyrs, or infringe upon the names, portraits, reputations, or honors of heroes and martyrs by insulting, slandering, or other means;
(5) Those that promote terrorism, extremism, or incite the implementation of terrorist or extremist activities;
(6) Those that incite hatred, discrimination among ethnic groups, groups, or regions, or undermine ethnic or national unity;
(7) Those that undermine national religious policies, promote cults and feudal superstitions;
(8) Those that spread rumors, disrupt social order, or undermine social stability;
(9) Those that spread obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, terror, or abet crime;
(10) Those that insult, abuse, or slander others, infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;
(11) Those that incite illegal assemblies, associations, processions, demonstrations, or gatherings that disrupt social order;
(12) Those that operate in the name of illegal non-governmental organizations;
(13) Those that display bloodshed, horror, cruelty, etc., causing physical or mental discomfort;
(14) Those that may induce minors to imitate unsafe behaviors and acts contrary to social ethics, or induce bad habits in minors, etc.;
(15) Those that disseminate commercial advertisements, or similar commercial solicitation information, excessive marketing information, and spam (including junk mail, as defined in the "Anti-Spam Policy Statement");
(16) Those that use exaggerated headlines, where the content seriously deviates from the title;
(17) Those that hype up scandals, controversies, misconduct, etc.;
(18) Those that make inappropriate comments on natural disasters, major accidents, and other disasters;
(19) Those that contain sensitive words or identifiers;
(20) Those that publish information intended to deceive, mislead others, or are meaningless, or deliberately use character combinations to evade technical review;
(21) Those that contain content prohibited by laws and regulations or otherwise violate social order and good customs.

(3) The user undertakes that, without the consent of LZY, the user shall not use the various services for sales or other commercial purposes. If the user needs to use the services for commercial purposes, they shall notify LZY in writing and obtain explicit authorization from LZY.

IV. Liability and Limitation of Liability

(1) The user must bear legal liability for all actions under their account, including any content they publish and any consequences arising from others using the user's computer or account. If the user or anyone else using the user's account uses LZY's services to infringe upon the civil rights of others, the user shall bear tort and other legal liabilities. The forms of legal liability borne by the user include but are not limited to: compensating the infringed party, and compensating LZY an equal amount after LZY first bears administrative penalties or tort damages liability due to the user's actions.

(2) The user understands that if LZY discovers or receives reports or complaints from the infringed party that the user's behavior violates relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of these Terms of Service, LZY has the right, based on legal requirements or relevant factual evidence, to take reasonable and proportionate measures such as restricting, suspending, freezing, or terminating the user's use of the services according to the severity of the circumstances, and to save relevant information and report to state authorities in accordance with the law; any losses caused to the user thereby (including but not limited to communication interruptions, inability to use user data, emails, virtual property and related data, value-added services, products or services, etc.) shall be borne solely by the user.

(3) LZY will endeavor to maintain the security and convenience of all services on the account but assumes no responsibility for the deletion or failure to store information appearing in the services (including but not limited to information released by users).

(4) To the extent permitted by laws and regulations, LZY shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, or consequential losses arising from or in connection with these Terms of Service.

V. Force Majeure and Other Exemptions

(1) The user understands and agrees that, given the particularity of the Internet, the following situations may be encountered during the use of the service, causing service interruption. When the following situations occur, it shall not be considered a breach of contract by LZY, and any losses caused to the user thereby shall be exempted from LZY's liability.
(1) Force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, government actions, promulgation or adjustment of laws and regulations, war, unrest, communication line interruptions, network attacks, virus intrusions, network failures, technical adjustments by telecommunications departments, and government control, which are unforeseeable, insurmountable, and unavoidable objective circumstances;
(2) When LZY needs to interrupt the service for computer room maintenance, equipment repair, system upgrade, or optimization;
(3) Service interruption or termination caused by the user's own reasons or third-party reasons, including improper user operation, hardware or software failures of third-party products or service providers, etc.

VI. Notices

(1) All notices sent to users can be made via email, regular mail, or announcements in prominent positions on the website. LZY will deliver messages to users through one of the above methods to inform them of modifications to the Terms of Service, service changes, or other important matters.

(2) In order for users to timely and fully understand the various services provided by LZY, the user agrees that LZY may use the service to publish commercial advertisements and send commercial short messages multiple times and over the long term, including but not limited to placing commercial advertisements on the login page and any page after login, sending commercial advertisement emails and commercial short messages to users of the service, and attaching commercial advertisements and/or advertisement links in emails sent by users of the service.

VII. Intellectual Property Statement

(1) The ownership of products involved when LZY provides services and the intellectual property rights of related software belong to LZY.

(2) The content provided by LZY includes but is not limited to: text, software, images, audio, video, charts, program code, interface design, layout framework, data, accounts, etc., that are not uploaded/provided by users. All intellectual property rights and related intellectual achievement rights in such content belong to LZY and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other relevant laws. Without authorization from LZY, users may not use the aforementioned content, and without permission, users shall not engage in acts including but not limited to copying, selling, re-creating, re-creating, etc., of the aforementioned content.

(3) The registered trademarks of LZY and other logos of LZY and the names of products and services are trademarks of LZY (hereinafter referred to as the "Marks"). Without the prior written consent of LZY, the user may not use the Marks and other marks to which LZY enjoys relevant rights in any illegal or unreasonable manner or otherwise deal with them, nor may they indicate to others that the user has the right to use the Marks.

(4) LZY respects intellectual property rights and focuses on protecting the various rights enjoyed by users. In the services, users may need to provide content to LZY through various methods such as uploading and publishing. In this case, the user still enjoys the full intellectual property rights of such content. The user promises that the content published and uploaded when using the provided services (including but not limited to text, images, audio and video, software code, and all other content protected by intellectual property rights) are either original to the user or have been legally authorized. When providing content, the user grants LZY a global, free license, allowing LZY to use, disseminate, copy, modify, sub-license, translate, adapt, create derivative works, publish, perform, and display such content. The user specifically authorizes LZY to take legal actions in its own name or entrust a third party to take legal actions against infringements of the intellectual property content uploaded and published by the user, including but not limited to complaints, lawsuits, and other necessary rights protection measures.

VIII. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

(1) These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of mainland China, excluding the application of conflict of laws provisions.

(2) If disputes arise during the use of the services under these Terms of Service, the user and LZY shall strive to resolve them through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the People's Court in the place where LZY is registered.

IX. Miscellaneous

(1) LZY's failure to exercise, or delay in exercising, or partial exercise of any right under these Terms of Service or according to legal provisions shall not be deemed a waiver of that right, nor shall it affect LZY's future exercise of that right.

(2) If any term of these Terms of Service is wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining terms of these Terms of Service shall remain in effect and binding, and both LZY and the user shall endeavor to realize the intent set forth in the term.

(3) The headings in these Terms of Service are for convenience only and shall not be used to interpret these Terms of Service.

(4) Special Reminder: LZY has the right to modify or supplement any terms of this agreement at any time without notifying users separately. If this agreement is changed, updated, or supplemented, the old version it replaces will automatically become ineffective after such change, update, or supplement is published.
